Relaunching Google My Business USA

The ask

I was brought onto this project to write the copy for a new version of an existing site that Rehab Agency had built for Google (USA)- Google My Business. The website gives small and medium businesses in the USA insights on how they can get the most out of their listing on Google and was scheduled to be updated and relaunched in International SMB week. 

There were two main considerations. The first was Google’s response to COVID-19 which we needed to communicate throughout the site. The second was the tight turnaround as the site needed to be live within a couple of weeks.

The copy also had to be in American English and consider the nuances of American culture and language.
