Refining Motability’s online copy
The ask
Motability were redesigning their website and needed a copy refresh. Some of the copy was incorrect, outdated or not accessible, and the TOV wasn’t shining through. Alongside the client’s lead copywriter, I worked through the pages to bring the tone of voice to life and ensure the copy was correct, useful and readable.
